The Language Department’s website has information on testing for additional languages.
Receiving College Credit
The World Languages Placement Exam is designed for placement purposes only. However, you can receive credit for the courses you’ve place out of by doing one of the following:
- Signing up for and then taking challenge exams to receive a letter grade in the courses you’ve placed out of.
- Successfully completing the course you’ve placed into, then purchasing the credits for its prerequisites.
